The awards, open to every chauffeur and private hire company in the UK, are designed to recognise operators and individuals that demonstrate excellence in quality, service and innovation.

Surrounding our customers in luxury and a sense of tranquillity from the hustle and bustle of busy streets is vital. To achieve that we only use the premier class of vehicles: Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Mercedes Benz, Range Rover and ultra-luxury minibuses.
Sitting in the driver’s seat of these vehicles are the most skilled and experienced chauffeurs in the industry. And all of them have committed themselves to our iChauffeur Charter: an agreement that highlights the most exacting of standards.

Some of our chauffeurs have served royalty and heads of state. Some are skilled in close personal protection. Some are multilingual. However, all of them are the epitome of discretion, reliability and courtesy.
Personality is also key. Many of our chauffeurs build close professional relationships with our regular clients, so we endeavour to ‘match’ our chauffeurs to our clients’ needs as much as we possibly can.

iChauffeur are proud to have won Gold in the Professional Driver Awards in 2018, and Silver awards in 2019 and 2021. Unfortunately there was no 2020 award due to the pandemic.
